These Terms of Service govern your use of the Seuor website, portals, Seuor Live and services provided by Seuor LLC. By using them you agree to these terms.

Our services

Seuor provides education (Seuor Academy), business formation support (Seuor Launch), business growth services (Seuor Grow) and managed business programs (Seuor Invest). Specific services are governed by the proposal, invoice or agreement you accept, which prevails over these general terms.

Not legal, tax or investment advice

Information on our website is general. Seuor is not a law firm, accounting firm, bank, broker-dealer or registered investment adviser. Government fees, rules and processing times are set by the relevant authorities and may change. Where formal advice is needed we will tell you or refer you to a qualified professional.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these terms.

Courses and certificates

Course access is personal and may not be shared. Certificates are issued by Seuor LLC when the completion criteria are met and can be verified on our website. Seuor Academy certificates are professional training certificates issued by a private company; they are not government-issued qualifications.

Seuor Live

Live classes and meetings must be used respectfully and lawfully. Recording by participants without the host's permission is not allowed. Hosts may remove participants who disrupt a session.

Payments

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. You agree to pay the fees for the services you order. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Investment programs

Seuor Invest is a business-building and management service, not an offer of securities or a deposit product. All business investment carries risk, including loss of capital. Seuor does not guarantee profits or returns. Each program is governed by a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

Our website content, course materials, brand and software belong to Seuor or its licensors. Deliverables created for clients are licensed or assigned as set out in the client agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Seuor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless mandatory local law applies.
