What is Seuor?

Which countries do you serve?
We form and support companies in the United States, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, and we work with students and clients from anywhere in the world.

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation is a no-obligation call to understand your goals and recommend the right path.
Are Seuor Academy courses live or recorded?
Courses combine live online classes in the Seuor Live classroom with recordings, assignments and resources in your student portal.
Can anyone verify my certificate?
Yes. Every certificate carries a unique ID and a verification link. Employers can confirm it instantly on our certificate verification page.
Do I need experience before joining?
Most courses start from the basics. Each course page lists the level and who it is designed for.
How do I become an instructor?
Use the Teach with Seuor page to apply. Our academic team reviews every application and interviews shortlisted instructors.
Can I form a US LLC if I do not live in the USA?
Yes. Non-residents can own a US LLC. We handle formation, the EIN, a US address and phone number, and help with banking and payment gateways.
Should I choose UAE mainland or free zone?
It depends on where your customers are, the activities you need and how many visas you require. We compare both for your case during the consultation.
Do I need to travel to set up my company?
For US and UK companies, usually not. For UAE visas you will need to be in the UAE for medical and biometrics steps. We plan the timeline with you.
Do you help after the company is formed?
Yes. We continue with tax, compliance and renewals — and we can build your brand, website and marketing through Seuor Grow.
What does "Zero to Hero" mean?
It is our end-to-end growth journey: idea, company formation, branding, website, marketing, ecommerce, management and expansion — all delivered by one team.
Is ad spend included in your packages?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms; our packages cover strategy, creative, management and reporting.
Will I get reports?
Yes. Monthly clients receive reports in their client portal along with project updates, documents and invoices.
Is there a long-term contract?
Monthly packages run month to month after an initial onboarding period agreed in your proposal.
I have capital but no business idea. Can Seuor help?
Yes. That is exactly what Seuor Invest is for. We assess your budget, goals and risk appetite, recommend a country and business model, then build and manage it with you.
Do you guarantee returns?
No. Every business investment involves risk, including the possible loss of capital. We never promise returns; we commit to transparent planning, execution and monthly reporting.
Who owns the business?
That depends on the partnership model you choose — from 100% client ownership to shared equity. Every arrangement is documented in a written agreement.
What reporting will I receive?
Investors receive monthly reports covering operations, sales, spend and next steps through the investor portal.
