Refund Policy

We want every client and student to be satisfied. This policy explains how refunds work.
Seuor Academy courses
- Before your batch starts: full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Within the first 7 days of your batch: refund of 50% of the course fee if you have completed less than 20% of the lessons.
- After that: no refund, but you may transfer once to a future batch.
- Certificates already issued are revoked when a refund is made.
Formation and government services
Government, registered agent and third-party fees are non-refundable once submitted. Our service fee is refundable in full before we start work, and pro-rata for work not yet performed afterwards.
Growth services and monthly packages
Monthly packages can be cancelled with the notice stated in your proposal. Fees for the current month and work already delivered are not refundable. Ad spend is paid directly to platforms and is not refundable by Seuor.
Investment programs
Refunds and exits are governed by your written program agreement.
How to request a refund
Email hello@seuor.com with your name, reference number and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
